A frontline indigenous Modular Refinery company, CYEF Oil & Gas Nig. Ltd, evolved from the Local Artisanal Refiners activities in the Niger Delta region.
CYEF Oil & Gas Nig. Ltd was registered in 2019 to effectively coordinate the activities of the refiners to properly mainstream these activities into the National Economy by exploring, developing and producing hydrocarbon in the Competitive energy space of Nigeria Oil & Gas industry.
At CYEF, our local expertise is to be converted into cognitive technical skills to deliver value through strategic partnership with world leading hydrocarbon exploration and production companies and to work closely with the youths in the Niger Delta to draw up a framework and a support plan to ensure that the youth embrace modern techniques of refining of crude oil through the establishment of modular refinery in the area.
The Template is to sensitize and train the domestic refiners, legalize and organize them into Clusters or Cooperatives, Get them off the creeks and provide alternative livelihood options for a certain percentage of them by encouraging with incentives to set up modular refineries in their Area.
Our core team of seasoned E & P has rich industry experience from license to operation, refining, distribution, finance, Marketing and Sales of hydrocarbon products.
Brief History of CYEF OIL & GAS NIG LTD
CYEF Oil and Gas Limited is an indigenous Company that is responsible for the establishment of Modular Refinery in Delta State. The Company has been discussing with the different stakeholders on the best model and ways of achieving the set objective. We have concluded discussion with the host community, host Local Government Council, the State and Department of Petroleum Resources are all now waiting for the technical and financial partners to make presentations.
CYEF Oil & Gas Nig Ltd was founded in 2019 and is based in Warri, Delta State with the broad objectives sensitizing and redirecting the coastal youths involved in artisanal activities in the refining of crude oil and the attendance health and environmental impacts on the local communities and the environment. CYEF has organized the youths and expose them in line with the Modular Refinery framework of the Federal Government of Nigeria with the focus of government to converting the vocationally acquired skills to cognitive technical skills through partnership that will be provided by businessmen with the technical and financial capacity. This arrangement involves the youths to be organized into cooperatives and the Communities contributing their parts for equity with the local and host state governments doing same for equity participations.
CYEF Oil & Gas Nig Ltd has establish a joint venture agreement with an American Company with a lot of experience and capability in performing Engineering, Procurement and Construction works of Modular Refinery projects, as well as financial capability, and will broaden the coverage by expanding into additional crude oil service areas.
